Establishment

Monitoring and Control Center “MCC” has been established in 2011 as a local governmental entity falls under the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi, and in 2019 MCC has been transferred to fall under the Supreme Council of National Security.  


The Monitoring and Control Center is the body responsible for managing all activities related to the monitoring and control systems in the state from proposing policies, standards, strategic and executive plans and following up on their implementation, in addition to providing monitoring and control systems services to government agencies and institutions.

The Monitoring and Control Center trains and qualifies operators of monitoring and control systems in the public sector and qualifies and licensing companies operating in this field. The Center also implements many coverage projects in public places, in addition to linking public and private facilities with monitoring and control systems to serve the interests of national security in the state. ​
